Pair of Non-fiction Authors Team Up to Produce Fiction Title

Trouble's on the Menu: A Tippy Canoe Romp

Cookbook and gardening author Caleb Warnock and self-help author Betsy Schow have co-authored a fiction title, “Trouble’s on the Menu: A Tippy Canoe Romp,” that includes some of Warnock’s recipes. The books officially released today.

In addition, Warnock’s latest non-fiction book, “Backyard Winter Gardening,” was also released today. Don’t let the title of this book fool you, the tips offered are intended to be employed during the spring and winter months—well ahead of the first snowfall.

Schow is the author of “Finished Being Fat,” which earned her national media coverage, including an appearance on NBC’s “Today” show and in the Wall Street Journal.

About Trouble’s on the Menu: A Tippy Canoe Romp
After her estranged husband’s unexpected death, Hallie goes to Barefoot, Montana, to wrap up his estate. Her arrival begins awkwardly as she nearly runs over the town gossip during a snowstorm. Fortunately, the single, attractive town mayor is willing to lend her a hand to get her affairs in order. But when his life starts to spiral out of control, Hallie must decide whether he’s worth sticking around for.
